Edupoint products can be configured to use third party services that require you agree to their Terms of Service (ToS) and/or Privacy Policy (PP) to use those services within the Edupoint product suite.
By using Synergy SIS, Synergy TeacherVUE, or other Synergy products, you agree to be bound by the terms of any third party services configured to be used anywhere in the Edupoint product suite.
